  1. What is ANMobile Mobile?

    ANMobile is Air Nigeria’s mobile ticketing service, powered by MOBIASHARA, which will enable passengers book flight tickets and get flight details from the comfort of their WAP-enabled cellphone.

  1. What services are available on ANMobile?

    From ANMobile, passengers can get information on Air Nigeria’s flight tickets, flight schedules, products and services, terms and conditions of carriage as well as our contact details.

  1. Can I book and pay for a ticket on ANMobile?

    Yes, you can. Kindly view the product demo via the following link (attach link or series of screenshots. If demo is attached, please also include transcript of demo).

  1. Does my phone need to be connected to the internet to use
    ANMobile?

    Yes, the service is WAP-based and can only be accessed by phones connected to the internet.

  1. What means of payment are available on ANMobile?

    Different cards are available based on the selected currency of payment. You can currently pay for Air Nigeria tickets from ANMobile with Naira (NGN)*. Accepted Naira cards: eTranzact, Visa card**, Mastercard and Verve cards.

    * Non-Naira payments shall be available shortly.
    **Please note that you need to receive an iPin from your bank to enable you make any online payment with your Visacard.

  1. How many seats can I book and pay for in a single transaction?

    On ANMobile, you can book a minimum of 1 adult and a maximum of 9 passengers on a single booking. If there are children in the travelling party, there must be at least 1 adult per child.

  1. Can I make a booking for an infant on ANMobile?

    No. To make a reservation for an infant (young children less than 2 years old at the time of travel), please call 01-2711111 or 01-4600505 or send an email to [email protected] for assistance.

  1. Is it safe to use my debit/ credit card on ANMobile?

    Yes, it is. ANMobile is a secure site using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, your payment card details are protected by each payment card company’s specific technology using encryption.

  1. What do I need to do before I can make payment?

    You will need to accept the terms and conditions by checking the box provided and then input your card details before payment.

  1. Will I be charged for using ANMobile?

    Yes, there is a convenience charge of 2% of the base fare which is billed for the use of the service. This charge is added to the ticket as part of the fees and charges.

  1. How do I know if my payment was successful?

    A receipt of payment will be displayed after successful payment. This receipt will show you the details of your ticket, your booking reference, a confirmation of your payment and your ticket barcode. The booking reference shall typically be in the following format AN-1A2B3C-1234567890 with the six digit alphanumeric code in the middle (after AN-) being your Air Nigeria PNR. Your PNR holds all your ticket information and should be provided to the Air Nigeria Customer Service Agents for check-in.

  1. How long after payment would I receive my ticket confirmation?

    Once your payment has been received by Air Nigeria, your ticket details would be sent to you via e-mail as an electronic ticket. This would normally be within a few minutes but make take up to a couple of hours. If you do not receive a receipt of payment within two hours, please call 01-2711111 or 01-4600505 or send an email to [email protected] for assistance.

  1. Can I cancel my booking after payment has been successfully made?

    No. Once your payment request has been successfully made, you will need to follow the terms and conditions specific to your ticket as it relates to refunds.

  1. Can I change my booking using ANMobile after payment has been successfully made?

    No, ANMobile does not support ticket changes. Ticket changes are subject to fare rules. For assistance with ticket changes, please contact 01-2711111 or 01-4600505 or send an email to [email protected].

  1. What do I do if my card is debited but I do not receive my ticket confirmation?

    You should normally receive your ticket confirmation within a few minutes. If, however,
    you have not received your ticket confirmation within two hours of payment, please call 01-2711111 or 01-4600505 or send an email to
    [email protected] for assistance.

  1. Can I use ANMobile for Air Nigeria codeshare or interline flights?

    No. ANMobile can only be used for Air Nigeria flights operated by Air Nigeria aircraft.
