All you need is your hotel PC/Laptop with internet connection. A payment device can also be provided for use with the system.

How do my hotel staff learn to use MFH?

Our installation team will take your employees through a training session on the use of the platform. They will also be provided with the manuals and videos they require to understand and use the system daily.

I already signed up for MFH some time ago, how do I take advantage of the enterprise features?

Hotels can subscribe to any combination of the 4 features to meet their unique needs. All you need to do is to buy a subscription for any of the 3 enterprise modules (MoPropertyManager, MoServices or MoInventory). Note that these modules provide optimum results when they all work together.

How do I get funds made from bookings on my hotel rooms?

Funds are remitted to your designated bank account within 24 hours. You can track the status of your payments on the Interswitch Payment portal provided for funds tracking.
